The song that actor Park Si Hoo sang for the Chinese movie "Scent" is a strong contender on the Chinese billboard chart.
The Korean version and Chinese version of the movie theme song (Ni Dao Lai De Sheng Ying - The sound of your arrival) sang by Park Si Hoo was release to the public on the 6th Aug exclusively through China Baidu music chart which resulted in local Chinese fans to focus their concern on.
The song (Ni Dao Lai De Sheng Ying - The sound of your arrival) is produced by famous composer, Kim Hyung Hee. It was released in the afternoon on 6th August on Baidu music charts. Soon the Chinese edition ranked 5th while the Korean version ranked 6th in the chart. Park Si Hoo is the only actor to reach the top ten list among local singer Zhang Li Yin of tfboys and K-pop idol TVXQ.
By late noon on 6th Aug, the download index for the Chinese version of "Scent" theme song is currently rank as 1st while Korean version occupies 3rd place. The rise in ranking is alarming.
A day before the official release, 5th August, music video of the movie scenes was made public causing Chinese fans to turn into a frenzy. The song that Kim Hyung Hee (Jin Hengxi) created for Park Si Hoo has that feeling of ''lingering scent" with its lyrical melodies blending well with the beautiful atmosphere in the music video. As such, sense of expectation on the coming movie rises.
"Scent" is a comeback work for Park Si Hoo acting the role of Korean interior designer, Jiang Renjun (Kang In Joon). This movie is Park Si Hoo's first in China acting with Chen Ran a love story that goes beyond borders. It will be released in China on August 15.
